Those energetic people at have been busy again.

Having got into a habit of doing a minimum of 250 sit-ups/crunches (call them what you will) a day, this may test my current state and ache bones that haven’t ached for a while (press-ups have never been a strong point). But hey, I will be giving it a go. Will you?
