Getting the balance right

With it being Friday, here’s a quick interesting exercise to try out.

It comes via the team at Tribesports.com, a sports and fitness portal I follow and have written blogs and sports-specific guides for.

The exercise then, Improve your balance by standing on one leg with eyes closed

Sounds easy doesn’t it?

Having tried it, I found it isn’t.

Why not try it and see if it is just me and my balance!
